Getting Started

To access our Online banking is quick and easy. All you'll need is at least one active ME Bank account.

How to register

Personal Accounts:

Please call us on 1300 654 998 Monday – Friday between 8am and 8pm, and on Saturday between 9am and 5pm (Melbourne Time) to register for Online banking. When you call us, you will be given a Customer ID and a temporary Access Code on the spot which you can use immediately to log on.

Business Accounts:

Please call us on 1300 658 108 Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm (Melbourne Time) to register for Online banking. When you call us, you will be given a Customer ID and a temporary Access Code on the spot which you can use immediately to log on.

Mobile Banking:

If you are already registered for Internet banking you can also access your accounts via your mobile phone*. Simply visit mebank.com.au on your mobile phone and click on the Mobile banking log on banner and you will have full access to your accounts - anywhere, anytime!

*Any mobile phone which has web browser capabilities.
