If you opt for a variable rate, you can switch to a fixed rate loan at any time, free of charge. At the end of the fixed interest rate term your loan will switch to a variable interest rate or you can opt for another fixed rate term, at no charge.

Identical interest rates are available to owner-occupiers and investors and extra repayments can be made on variable rate loans at any time.
